How it works

  1. Pick a range: calendar year, school year, fiscal year, one month or a custom run of months.
  2. Add your dates: US holidays are on by default; type birthdays, deadlines or events in “Your dates”.
  3. Print: choose Letter or A4 and click Print, or pick “Save as PDF” to keep a file.

What you can make

Every day has room for notes, US federal holidays are marked with their observed dates, and you can add birthdays, deadlines or events that repeat every year. Turn on ISO week numbers for planning at work. Letter and A4 both fill the sheet with a 9 mm margin.

Questions

How do I save the calendar as a PDF?

Click Print, then choose “Save as PDF” as the printer in the print dialog. Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari 18.2 or newer pre-set the paper size and orientation you picked; in older Safari, choose them in the print dialog.

Can I make a school year or fiscal year calendar?

Yes. Choose School year to start in August, or Fiscal year to start in July, and change the start month to any month you need. Each gives a twelve month calendar across two calendar years.

Which holidays are included?

The US federal holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. When one falls on a weekend, the observed weekday is marked too. Add anything else in the “Your dates” box.

Is the calendar free to print?

Yes. Everything runs in your browser and nothing is uploaded. Print as many copies as you like for home, classroom or office use.
